School Times
    Classes begin at 7:57 a.m.
    Classes dismiss at 2:57 p.m.
    Check with individual classroom teachers for lunch times.
 

Parking and Drop Off/Pickup
    7 - 8 a.m. and 2 - 3:30 p.m. -  No eastbound traffic is allowed      
    on East College Street.
    No parking on North or South Poplar Street except in designated
    spaces on North Poplar Street.
    Westbound traffic on East College Street will not be allowed to
    make a left turn onto South Poplar Street.
    Parents and children crossing East College Street must do so at the
    top Crosswalk with the assistance of the School Crossing Guard.
    Please make sure you and your children are secured in your vehicle
    with seatbelts and proper child restraint devices.

Tardiness
    Children who are late for school must check in at the office in the
    Junior High Building.
    Excessive tardiness will be addressed on an individual basis.

Absentee Policy
    Students returning to school should bring a signed note from a
    parent or guardian explaining why the child was absent. If the child
    has visited a doctor please bring a note from the doctor.

Bus Information
    Buses take students to and from home and GCHS.  Bus drivers are
    Joe Watson, Charles Nolan, and James Gilliland.  If you have a
    question concerning bus assignments please call the school office.
