Lifetime Wellness: is a required class that will cover both
health and physical education. Students are in the classroom 3 days a week and
in the gym 2 days a week. The class will cover topics such as
nutrition, physical fitness, STD's, and drug abuse. Each student
is required to bring a change of clothes for the physical education
days. |

Weightlifting: will cover many different aspects of weight
training. Each student will be exposed to Olympic-style lifting,
and bodybuilding/power lifting routines. Students will gain a
working knowledge of nutrition, supplementation, and cardiovascular
training. |
