The mission of this department is to meet the developmental needs of youth, to
enable each student to view himself clearly and honestly, to help students
understand and accept their aptitudes, interests, attitudes, and abilities
and to help students develop a plan to pursue their interests and abilities
upon graduation from high school.
The school counseling department at Gibson County High School
is staffed by two school counselors, Mrs. Tina McClain and Mrs. Jacqueline
Tucker, and one records secretary, Mrs. Kay McEwen.
