Important Events
Recycle Forward is a recycling program to raise money through Digital Wish for the advancement of technology for our media center and our school. We are continuing to collect items. We have boxes set up just inside the school doors. Clean out your recyclable products and bring them to the school to provide more money for new technology items for our school! We are collecting ink cartridges, laser cartridges, iPods, video games and consoles, DVD's, PDAs, and laptops, cell phones, and digital cameras.
Recycling earns our school cash to purchase new technology!
Summer Preparation for Next Year
Summertime is a great time to unwind. However, it can also be a super time to prepare for success in the upcoming school year. Students are encouraged to become familiar with academic vocabulary for their next grade level. The following videos are "green screen" videos where students have used the recording studio in the media center to take key academic words and
present them in a creative way. |

Congratulations to the Band for their accomplishments in the Strawberry Festival Parade! They won 1st place in their class and the coveted Strawberry Cup for the Large Division. Pictured with the trophies are 8th graders Madeline Moore, Matthew Verran, Hannah Houck, and Maggie Walgren.
