Healthy Family Tips:

1.    Children model what they see – exercise 3-5 times a week for 20 – 60 minutes.

2.    Discuss the difference in healthy and junk food.

3.    Plan activity/play/exercise time together at least once a week.

4.    A family that plays together stays together!
