About the Teacher!
Hi, my name is Lisa Roberts and I am so excited to be here at Yorkville School teaching Kindergarten. I am actually from Dyer but my first two years of life were actually spent right here in Yorkville. I have been married for four years and my husband and I have two beautiful twin daughters who are 17 months old. My children are my first priority and they are the Loves of my life – their names are Abigail Rae and Adison LaVelle. My family is very important to me, my grandparents were from here in Yorkville and almost all of my family went here – my dad actually graduated from Yorkville High School. These are only a few reasons why I am so excited to be here at Yorkville, it is really like a second home to me. I graduated from Gibson County High School in 2001 and from Bethel College in 2006. This is my first year to teach Kindergarten, but I am ready for the challenge that lies ahead of me. I am looking forward to a wonderful year full of learning for both your child and myself. If you have any questions, please, feel free to contact me here at the school or e-mail me at lisagroberts@bellsouth.net .
