FREE HEALTH SCREENING FOR Pre-K, K, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th GRADE STUDENTS.
This year students will be tested for hearing and vision only. Permission forms have been sent home with students in Pre-K, K, 2, 4, 6, and 8th grades and the parent/guardian must return the form for the child to be screened.
The schedule for these screenings as well as the date the form needs to be returned is as follows:
