The Gibson County Special School District is required to complete an annual TISA Accountability Report, which details how our district utilizes Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) funds to achieve specific, data-driven goals for student success.
This funding blueprint is a vital tool for driving school improvement across all nine of our campuses. However, the report is only complete when our community weighs in. By providing feedback on academic performance, school climate, and student support services, parents and stakeholders help ensure transparency and guide our decision-making.
Your valuable input enables GCSSD educators and administrators to:
🎯 Identify key strengths and areas for growth.
🤝 Foster a responsive, inclusive learning environment.
🚀 Strengthen the partnership between families and schools to directly benefit student achievement.

We encourage all GCSSD families, staff, and community members to review the documentation. If you have immediate suggestions or ideas regarding our funding goals, you can also reach out via email to Kristin Hardin at hardink@gcssd.org
